Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of yhwh-timepieces.com and all purchases made from YHWH Timepieces. "YHWH Timepieces", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the business operated by Thilo Koschuk under the trade name YHWH Timepieces. Your mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by these Terms.

2. Our Online Store
Our online store is operated on Shopify. Products purchased through our website are sold by YHWH Timepieces; Shopify is not the seller.
3. Products
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, screen settings and device. Product specifications, designs and availability may be updated where reasonably necessary.
4. Orders and Contract
By submitting an order you make an offer to purchase the products in your order. The contract is concluded when we send the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including suspected fraud, payment failure, obvious pricing errors or product unavailability. If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment has been received, the full amount is refunded within 5 business days.
5. Prices and Payment
The applicable price is the price displayed at checkout when the order is placed. Shipping costs, discounts, taxes and other charges required to be disclosed are shown before you complete the purchase. Payment is made with one of the payment methods offered at checkout. Payment is collected when the order is placed, also for pre-orders.
6. Reference Prices, Promotions and Discounts
Where a crossed-out reference price is shown, it is the regular price of that product on yhwh-timepieces.com outside promotional periods. Promotions, sales and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined. Obvious technical or pricing errors may be corrected where permitted by law.
7. Shipping and Delivery
In-stock orders are processed within 1–4 business days. Standard tracked shipping is free worldwide. Estimated delivery after dispatch: United States and Canada 6–12 business days; Europe, United Kingdom and Australia 7–14 business days; rest of world 10–20 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, severe weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Tracking is provided when the carrier scans the parcel. For consumer purchases, the risk of accidental loss or damage remains with YHWH Timepieces until the goods are received by the consumer or a person designated by the consumer. 8. Pre-Orders
Certain products are offered as pre-orders and are clearly marked "PRE-ORDER". The estimated dispatch date is displayed on the product page above the add-to-cart button, at checkout and in the order confirmation email. Pre-orders are dispatched in order of purchase, starting on the date shown. If a dispatch date changes, customers are informed by email before the original date. Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before dispatch by emailing info@yhwh-timepieces.com. Tracking is provided when the parcel is handed to the carrier. Orders containing in-stock and pre-order products are shipped in separate parcels.
9. Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection is an optional add-on offered at checkout. It covers loss, theft or damage of the parcel in transit: we replace or refund the covered item without waiting for a carrier investigation. The fee is refunded if the order is cancelled before dispatch. Details are set out in our Shipping Policy.
10. Order Changes and Cancellations
Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase. To change or cancel an order, email info@yhwh-timepieces.com. Orders that have not been dispatched can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, our Returns & Refunds Policy applies. Statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
11. Returns, Refunds and Right of Withdrawal
All watches are covered by our voluntary 60-Day Return Policy. Consumers in the EU/EEA additionally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Full conditions and procedures are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Our voluntary policies do not restrict mandatory statutory consumer rights.
12. Defective Products
Where goods are defective, consumers retain all rights under applicable consumer law, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction, termination of the contract and/or damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
13. 2-Year Limited Warranty
Watches purchased on yhwh-timepieces.com are covered by our 2-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects, valid worldwide. It does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, improper use or use outside the product specifications. Full conditions are stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy. This commercial warranty does not restrict statutory consumer rights.
14. Product Use and Water Resistance
Products should be used according to their stated specifications and reasonable care instructions. A water-resistance rating applies under specified test conditions and is not an unlimited guarantee against water damage. Damage resulting from use outside the stated specifications may not be covered by the commercial warranty. Statutory rights regarding manufacturing defects remain unaffected.
15. Intellectual Property
YHWH Timepieces branding, logos, original product designs, photography, graphics, written content and other original website materials are owned by or licensed to YHWH Timepieces and may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without authorization except where permitted by law. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
16. Reviews and User Content
If you provide a review, photograph, video, testimonial or similar content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to submit it. Where you authorize us to publish or use such content, we may use it to operate and promote YHWH Timepieces in accordance with applicable law and the permission granted by you.
17. Prohibited Use
Our website may not be used for unlawful activities, fraud, distribution of malicious software, interference with website security, infringement of intellectual property, impersonation or unlawful collection of information.
18. Third-Party Services
Our website uses third-party services including payment providers, shipping and tracking providers, analytics services and social-media platforms. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
19. Website Availability and Errors
We aim to keep our website accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Obvious technical, typographical or pricing errors may be corrected where permitted by law.
20. Liability
YHWH Timepieces is liable without limitation where liability cannot legally be excluded or restricted, including for intent or gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory product-liability law. Where legally permitted, liability for ordinary negligence involving the breach of an essential contractual obligation is limited to reasonably foreseeable losses typical for the contract. Nothing in these Terms restricts mandatory consumer rights.
21. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law, including the GDPR.
22. Consumer Dispute Resolution
YHWH Timepieces is not willing or obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board unless participation is required by law.
23. Governing Law
These Terms and all contracts with YHWH Timepieces are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. For consumers, this choice of law does not deprive you of the mandatory protections of the law of your country of habitual residence.
24. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
25. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms where reasonably necessary due to changes in law, our services or our business. The current version is always published on our website and applies to orders placed after publication.
