Where is my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email. You can also track your order on our order tracking page. Please allow the carrier time to update the tracking page, especially while the parcel is moving between countries.
How long does shipping take?
Orders require processing before dispatch. After dispatch, delivery time depends on destination, carrier handling and customs. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. The delivery timeframe shown on the product page applies after dispatch.
Why has my tracking not updated yet?
Tracking may take time to update after dispatch. In some cases, updates only appear once the package reaches the destination country or is scanned by the local carrier. Please check the tracking page again after 24–72 hours.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. You may still return the item after delivery according to our return policy.
Can I change my shipping address?
Contact us immediately with your order number and the correct address. If the order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to update it. If it has already shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
My item arrived too late. Can I get a refund?
We understand timing can be important, especially for gifts. If the item is no longer needed, you may return it unused and in its original condition. Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue the refund according to our return policy.
What is your 60-Day Money Back Guarantee?
Eligible items can be returned within 60 days. The item must be unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging and protective materials intact. Refunds are issued after the return has been received and inspected.
Who pays for return shipping?
If there is no defect or fulfillment mistake, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service so delivery can be verified.
What condition must returns be in?
Returned items must be unused, unworn and sent back with original packaging and protective materials intact. Items with signs of wear, damage, missing packaging or removed protective stickers may not qualify for a full refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued after the return has been delivered and inspected. Once approved, the refund is processed back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
My tracking says delivered, but I cannot find the package.
Please check your mailbox, front door, reception, neighbors, building office and local carrier first. Sometimes packages are marked delivered shortly before final handoff. If it still cannot be found, contact the carrier and then reach out to us with your order number.
What does the 2-Year Warranty cover?
Our 2-Year Warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear, scratches, accidental damage, water damage from improper use, misuse, lost items, theft, or unauthorized repairs.
Can I adjust the bracelet size?
Yes. Most YHWH Timepieces bracelets can be adjusted. If your order includes a sizing tool, you can remove or add links at home. You can also take the watch to a local watch shop or jeweler for a quick adjustment.
Is the sizing tool included?
If the product page or offer states that a free sizing tool is included, it will be included with your order. The tool is designed to help you adjust the bracelet at home.
Is my watch water resistant?
Please check the specifications on the product page for your exact model. Avoid hot water, steam, saunas, showers, salt water and pressing buttons or adjusting the crown while the watch is wet unless the model instructions allow it.
My item arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?
Please contact us with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the problem. If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect or fulfillment issue, our team will help resolve it.
I received the wrong item. What should I do?
Please contact us with your order number and photos of the item received, the packaging, and the shipping label. We will review the case and resolve it as quickly as possible.
