Returns & Refunds
In addition to your statutory consumer rights, we offer a voluntary 60-Day Return Policy on all watches.
60-Day Returns
You may request a return within 60 days of receiving your order.
A product returned under our voluntary 60-Day Return Policy:
- may have been opened and briefly tried on;
- must not have been worn in everyday use;
- must be free from scratches, dents, damage or visible signs of wear;
- must include all original accessories, bracelet links and packaging; and
- must be returned in a condition suitable for resale.
To request a return, email info@yhwh-timepieces.com with your order number and the email address used for the order. We reply with return instructions and the address of our return warehouse. Please do not send a return before contacting us; returns sent to our business address without instructions may not be processed correctly.
Pre-Orders
You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched. Email info@yhwh-timepieces.com with your order number. Refunds for cancelled pre-orders are issued to the original payment method within 1–3 business days of your request. Once a pre-order has shipped, our 60-Day Return Policy applies.
Return Shipping
For voluntary returns where the product is not defective and we did not make a fulfillment error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend a tracked service. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective or incorrectly supplied products.
Refunds
Once your return has arrived at our return warehouse, we inspect the product. If it meets the conditions above, the purchase price of the returned product is refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days of arrival. Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may need additional time to show the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund, email info@yhwh-timepieces.com.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email info@yhwh-timepieces.com as soon as reasonably possible with your order number, a short description and clear photos or a video. We send a replacement or refund you in full and cover any return shipping where a return is required. Your statutory rights regarding defective or incorrectly supplied goods remain fully unaffected.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. To receive another model or variation, return the eligible product and place a new order. Rights regarding defective products remain unaffected.
Sale Items and Bundles
Sale, discounted and bundled products are covered by the 60-Day Return Policy under the same conditions. When one item of a bundle is returned, the bundle discount is recalculated on the remaining items.
Shipping Protection
The optional Shipping Protection fee is refunded if the order is cancelled before dispatch. It is not refundable once the parcel has been dispatched.
Personalized Products
Products individually personalized or manufactured to a customer's individual specifications may be excluded from the voluntary return policy and, where permitted by law, from statutory withdrawal rights. Rights relating to defective products remain unaffected.
EU / EEA Right of Withdrawal
Where European consumer law applies, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods. To exercise this right, inform us by a clear statement (for example by email) sent before the period expires:

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of return, whichever occurs first. Reimbursement uses the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed. You may inspect the product as you would in a shop; you may be liable for any diminished value caused by handling beyond that.
2-Year Limited Warranty
Every watch purchased on yhwh-timepieces.com includes a 2-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects, valid worldwide, in addition to your statutory rights.
Warranty period: 24 months from the date of delivery. Your order number serves as proof of purchase.
Covered: manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, including the movement, hands, dial components, markers, crown and other functional components.
Not covered: dropping, impact or accidents; scratches, dents or cosmetic wear; normal wear and tear of straps, bracelets, crystals and batteries; improper use; unauthorized repairs or modifications; loss or theft; use outside the stated water-resistance rating.
How to claim: email info@yhwh-timepieces.com with your order number, a description and photos or a video. We tell you within 5 business days whether we repair, replace or refund. Where a return is required, we provide the return address and cover the return shipping for valid warranty claims.
